Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has arrived in Brussels to meet European and NATO leaders on the response to Russia's attack on Ukraine.
Ahead of tomorrow's meeting, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg signalled that four new battlegroups will be deployed to Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia.
Trudeau addressed the European Parliament this afternoon.
"Putin’s attack on Ukraine is an attack on the values that form the pillars of all democracies. We have a responsibility to make the case to people about why these values matter so much–not just to Ukrainians but to us all," says PM Trudeau in Brussels address.#cdnpoli https://t.co/oB9zr6q4zx
