Alberta Partners with Fast-Food Restaurants to Distribute Free Masks

Alberta Health Minister Tyler Shandro holds a news conference in Calgary to outline the province’s plan to distribute 20 million free, non-medical masks to Albertans during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The government is partnering with A&W, McDonald’s and Tim Hortons chains to distribute the four-mask packs at their drive-through locations across the province starting in June.
