Yukon COVID-19 Update: Territory Eases Border Controls – June 24, 2020

In Whitehorse, Dr. Brendan Hanley, Yukon’s chief medical officer of health, and Premier Sandy Silver provide an update on the territory’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As the territory prepares to enter stage 2 of its plan to lift public-health measures that are in place due to the coronavirus pandemic, travel restrictions will be eased with Nunavut and the Northwest Territories on July 1.
