In Winnipeg, Kelvin Goertzen, Manitoba's minister of education, outlines more details of the province's plan to resume in-class instruction for the 2020-21 school year. He is joined by Dr. Brent Roussin, the province's chief medical officer of health. The provincial government has announced that schools will reopen on September 8.
