COVID-19 in Quebec : Three New Regions Move To Red Zone – Oct. 13, 2020
In Montreal, Quebec Premier François Legault provides an update on the province’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic. He is joined by Christian Dubé, Quebec’s minister of health and social services, and Dr. Horacio Arruda, the province’s director of public health. The premier announces that Montérégie, central Quebec and the Quebec City area including Charlevoix are moving to the "red zone" under the province's COVID-19 alert system, starting October 16.
