Saskatchewan Update on COVID-19: Limit on Private Gathering Sizes To Be Reduced
In Regina, Dr. Saqib Shahab, Saskatchewan’s chief medical officer of health, provides an update on the province’s response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic. He announces that the province is reducing the maximum number of people allowed at a private gathering in a home from 30 to 15, as of October 16. The new limit comes amid an increase of COVID-19 cases in the province. Dr. Shahab also strongly recommends residents to wear a mask in all indoor public places. (October 13, 2020) (no interpretation)
