Quebec Premier Announces Extension of COVID-19 Restrictions in Red Zones

In Montreal, Quebec Premier François Legault provides an update on the province’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic. He is joined by Christian Dubé, Quebec’s minister of health and social services, and Dr. Horacio Arruda, the province’s director of public health. The premier announces a four-week extension to the public-health restrictions enforced in red zones until November 23.
