Quebec Premier on COVID-19, Ethics Commissioner's Report – October 29, 2020

The premier also faces questions from reporters on the provincial ethics commissioner's report on Economy Minister Pierre Fitzgibbon, who met with a friend to discuss three projects. The ethics commissioner says Fitzgibbon has violated the National Assembly's ethics code.
