Four Quebec Regions to Move to Orange Zone on March 8 – March 3, 2021
In Montreal, Quebec Premier François Legault provides an update on the province's response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic. He is joined by Christian Dubé, Quebec's minister of health and social services, and Dr. Horacio Arruda, the province's director of public health. The premier announces that four Quebec regions will move to the less restrictive orange zone on March 8, including the Capitale-Nationale, Chaudières-Appalaches, Estrie and Mauricie–Centre-du-Québec. The new orders include allowing restaurants and gyms to reopen, as well as allowing places of worship to hold religious services with a capacity of 100 people. (no interpretation)
