COVID-19: More Restrictions Coming to Manitoba – May 7, 2021
Dr. Brent Roussin, Manitoba’s chief public health officer, speaks with reporters in Winnipeg where he announces additional public health restrictions. On May 9, gyms, museums, libraries, and day camps will be required to close, while restaurants and bars must close to in-person dining. Personal services such as barber shops and salons will be required to close. Retail stores may remain open at 10 per cent capacity, to a maximum of 100 people. Outdoor gatherings that include members of multiple households will be limited to five people. (no interpretation)
