N.W.T. Reports Three Presumptive Cases of COVID-19 – October 16, 2020

In Yellowknife, Caroline Cochrane, the premier of the Northwest Territories, Julie Green, the minister of health and social services, and Dr. Andy Delli-Pizzi, the deputy chief public health officer, provide an update on the response to COVID-19 in their jurisdiction. The territory is reporting three presumptive positive cases of the coronavirus disease – one in Inuvik, and two in Yellowknife. If confirmed, the cases would bring the territory’s total number of cases to eight and would be the first confirmed positives since April. (no interpretation)
