2016 Conservative Convention – Marriage Definition Debate

An excerpt from the 2016 Conservative National Convention constitutional amendment session on the definition of marriage. Conservative delegates debate — and then vote in favour of — sending a policy resolution on the definition of marriage to the convention’s main plenary session. The resolution would strike a statement in the party policy book that supports marriage as “the union of one man and one woman.” The debate takes place on May 27, 2016. (no interpretation)
