CRTC Hearing on Telecommunications Sales Practices
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) holds a public hearing in Gatineau, Quebec. This is the third phase of the CRTC’s examination of possible misleading or aggressive sales practices used by large telecommunications service providers.
Appearing at these hearings are representatives from the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS), the Deaf Wireless Canada Consultative Committee, Canadian Association of the Deaf- Association des Sourds du Canada, Canadian National Society of the Deaf-Blind and and the Deafness Association Advocacy Nova Scotia.
