Chiefs Speak on Governments’ Response to Manitoba State of Emergency

Chiefs from the Manitoba-based Interlake Reserves Tribal Council (IRTC) speak with reporters in Ottawa about their concerns over the response of the federal and provincial governments to the recent state of emergency that was called in the province.
