B.C. Premier Addresses Province on COVID-19 Response – March 31, 2020

British Columbia Premier John Horgan delivers a province-wide address from his legislative office in Victoria about the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. In his remarks, he announces that the provincial state of emergency that was declared on March 18 will be extended until April 14.
