NDP health critic Don Davies holds a virtual news conference after tabling his private member's bill (C-286) on substance use and addiction. His bill calls for a health-based approach to treating addiction with the full decriminalization of drugs, regulated safe supply, universal access to drug treatment, and criminal record expungement.
