Health Minister Faces Questions in Committee of the Whole – Nov. 26, 2020

MPs question Health Minister Patty Hajdu during committee of the whole about her department’s spending estimates and priorities for the coming year. She is also questioned about the federal response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Canada’s access to vaccines.

Each fiscal year the Official Opposition chooses two departments for an estimates review by a committee of the whole. These reviews last a maximum of four hours each and must be held by May 31. MPs questioned Fisheries Minister Bernadette Jordan on November 24.
