Firearms Import/Exports Permits and the Arms Trade Treaty
Foreign Affairs - November 29, 2018: Senators continue their study on Canada’s export policies on firearms and ammunition, as part of the committee’s study of Bill C-47, an act to amend the Export and Import Permits Act and the Criminal Code concerning the Arms Trade Treaty. Participating in the study are Canadians for Justice & Peace in the Middle East’s Thomas Woodley; Rideau Institute’s Peggy Mason; Project Ploughshares’ Cesar Jaramillo and Kenneth Epps; as well as Canadian Red Cross’ Catherine Gribbin.
