National Security and Defence - February 25, 2019 - Part 2: The committee hears from a variety of experts on gun violence on Bill C-71, the government’s proposed firearms legislation reforms. The bill would require more stringent background checks before purchasing a gun, change authorization to transport rules and require retailers to document all their firearm sales and inventories.
