Committee Studies Impact of Gun Control on Healthcare, Business and Hunting
National Security and Defence - April 1, 2019 - Part 1: Senators question a number of witnesses from the healthcare sector, the gun industry and hunting organizations on the potential impacts of Bill C-71, the government’s proposed gun control bill. The legislation would enhance required background checks, change authorization to transport rules, and require retailers to record of all firearm sales and inventories.
