MPs hold a hearing on the deteriorating human rights situation in Venezuela.

The witnesses are José Samaniego (regional coordination for the Venezuela situation, Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), Alejandro Guidi (senior adviser for the Americas, International Organization for Migration), Luis Leonardo Almagro Lemes (secretary general, Organization of American States), and Irwin Cotler (founding chair, Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights and former justice minister).
