Special Committee on the COVID-19 Pandemic – June 4, 2020:

Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland responds to questions about the government’s track record on completing infrastructure projects, federal health transfers to the provinces, the crisis in long-term care homes, and more.

The House of Commons passed a government motion on May 26, 2020, with support from the Liberals, the New Democrats and the Greens, concerning the schedule for sittings during the ongoing pandemic. The meeting schedule for the Special Committee on the COVID-19 Pandemic has been expanded from three to four days a week until June 17.
