Health Minister Questioned Over Vaccine Distribution Strategy

Health – November 20, 2020:

Health Minister Patty Hajdu faces questions over the government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including its vaccine distribution plan, health funding to the provinces, the crisis in long-term care homes, and more. Minister Hajdu is appearing at the committee to defend the budgets laid out in the 2020-2021 supplementary estimates for her department and agencies in her portfolio.

Also responding to questions are the Public Health Agency of Canada’s Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Theresa Tam and President Iain Stewart, the Department of Health’s Deputy Minister Stephen Lucas and Les Linklater.
