Also on the show: Benoît Pelletier, a constitutional law expert at the University of Ottawa, and Anne Levesque, a law professor at the University of Ottawa, share their take on the federal Court Challenges Program's decision to fund the English Montreal School Board's bid to overturn Quebec's secularism law. Conservative Senator Pierre-Hughes Boisvenu makes the case for his bill that would eliminate legal barriers that jurors face when accessing mental health supports after a criminal trial. Finally, Hill journos Joël-Denis Bellavance (La Presse), Daniel Leblanc (Globe and Mail) and Althia Raj (HuffPost Canada) on this week's top stories.
