Ottawa is moving towards creating a vaccine passport for traveling abroad. This was confirmed by Health Minister Patty Hajdu in an interview. Foreign Minister Marc Garneau is expected to discuss the issue this week with his G7 counterparts in London. Vardit Ravitsky, professor of bioethics at the School of Public Health at the University of Montreal, explains the ethical issues surrounding this project.
