Reactions to the Islamophobic Attack in London, Ontario- June 8, 2021

The reactions were fierce in Ottawa after the Islamophobic attack that claimed the lives of four members of one family in Ontario. Five family members were intentionally struck by a motorist in London on Sunday evening due to their Muslim faith, London police revealed on Monday. Only a nine-year-old boy survived and remains in hospital. We hear from Boufeldja Benabdallah, the co-founder of the Islamic Cultural Center of Quebec, which was the scene of an attack that cost the lives of six people of Muslim faith in January 2017.
