CEMAD 2019 – Panel with Cultural Producers
Professionals from the culture, media and technology fields gather in Montreal for a special conference on the future of French-language broadcasting, distribution, content creation and production in the digital era (CEMAD). Three universities (University of Montreal, UQAM’s Media School, and HEC Montréal’s media division) host a discussion on issues linked to new Canadian broadcasting legislation and the emergence of digital media. CPAC's Esther Bégin serves as host for the conference. Producers of culture share their expectations regarding new broadcasting legislation and future regulation.
