The following parliamentarians react to the National Assembly of Quebec’s passing Bill 21, legislation that will bar certain civil servants from wearing religious symbols while at work, into law last night: Justice Minister David Lametti, Tourism Minister Mélanie Joly, Liberal MP Anthony Housefather, Conservative MPs Gérard Deltell and Pierre Paul-Hus, NDP MP Matthew Dubé, as well as Bloc MP Marilène Gill.
