Federal ministers provide more details on legislation to implement three new temporary benefits that will support Canadians who are unable to work due to COVID-19. These three benefits were initially presented in August. Speaking with reporters are Chrystia Freeland, deputy prime minister and minister of finance, Carla Qualtrough, minister of employment, workforce development and disability inclusion, and Filomena Tassi, minister of labour.
