In Quebec City, Quebec Premier François Legault provides an update on the province's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He is joined by Dr. Horacio Arruda, the province's director of public health, and Danielle McCann, Quebec's minister of health and social services. In his remarks, the premier says he "strongly recommends" that Quebecers wear face masks when they are outside their homes to help limit the spread of the coronavirus disease.
