COVID-19 in Manitoba: Two Weeks of Remote Learning for Grades 7-12

At a news conference in Winnipeg, Kelvin Goertzen, the Manitoba minister of education, announces that, in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 in the province, grade 7–12 students will move to remote learning from January 4 to January 15, 2021. Remote learning will be optional during the same timeframe for students in kindergarten to grade 6. The minister is joined at the news conference by Dana Rudy, Manitoba’s acting deputy minister of education. (December 2, 2020) (no interpretation)
