Quebec Premier François Legault François Legault speaks with reporters in Quebec City, where he announces that he has asked provincial Health Minister Christian Dubé to provide a gradual plan aimed at ending the COVID-19 restrictions in the coming weeks. This request comes following the publication of a similar plan by Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe.
