Natural Resources Minister on Latest Keystone XL Setback

Natural Resources Minister Amarjeet Sohi speaks with reporters in Edmonton about the latest delay to TransCanada’s Keystone XL project. The project, which has been in development for a decade, has faced fierce opposition by environmentalists and Indigenous groups. (November 9, 2018) no interpretation)
