Bill Blair Responds to Questions on Government’s Gun Control Plans

National Security and Defence – April 3, 2019 – Part 2:

Minister of Border Security and Organized Crime Reduction Bill Blair appears before the committee to answer questions from senators on Bill C-71, the government’s gun control legislation, and defend the plan against its critics. Bill C-71 would enhance required background checks, change authorization to transport rules, and require retailers to record of all firearm sales and inventories.
