National Security and Defence - May 13, 2019: Senators continue their clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-59, the federal government’s proposed overhaul of Canada’s national security laws. Proposed amendments include changes to the role of the intelligence commissioner, the decision-making process and structure, and cross-departmental issues.
