Garnett Genuis Questioned on Human Trafficking Bill

Foreign Affairs – February 26, 2019:

Conservative MP Garnett Genuis is questioned by committee members on his sponsorship of Bill S-240. The bill would amend the Criminal Code and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to make it an offence to travel abroad in order to receive an organ without proper consent, as well as make individuals involved in organ harvesting inadmissible to Canada.
