Senior officials from numerous government departments discuss multiple measures in the bill including the new bargaining process for public service agencies to agree to the essential services agreement, the provisions to increases more apprenticeship programs for youth, the new tax cuts for certain medical services, the establishment of a cooperative Canadian securities regulation regime for capital markets, the provision to consolidate the powers of the Registrar of Trade-marks to the Commissioner of Patents, and the restructuring of federal tribunals.
