The committee continues with its review of the government's latest budget implementation bill. The witnesses discuss elements of Bill C-43 such as amendments that could restrict access to social assistance for refugee claimants, a measure that will allow charities to use computer and other modern technologies to run lotteries, and the proposed Small Business Job Credit.
