CBC executives provide the government response to the committee’s third report on the CBC's language obligations that was tabled a year ago in the Senate. Louis Lalande (executive vice-president of French Services), Patricia Pleszczynska (executive director of regional services and ICI Radio-Canada Première) and Shelagh Kinch (managing director of English Services in Quebec) testify. The committee then resumes its study on the application of the Official Languages Act. Dr. Aurel Schofield and -Michel Tremblay, respectively president and executive director of the Société Santé en français, appear during this portion of the meeting. (May 4, 2015)
