Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Minister John McCallum discusses the federal government's initiative to resettle Syrian refugees in Canada. The government fulfilled its mandate to bring 25,000 Syrian refugees by the end of February. Canada is now working on its second commitment of bringing 25,000 government-assisted Syrian refugees by the end of 2016.
