A first ever in Parliamentary history: the Prime Minister has answered all of MPs’ questions in the House. Modernizing the House of Commons Rules as proposed by the government demands such a weekly practice. The following MPs discuss the required approval of all parties before proceeding to change this parliamentary tradition: Andrew Leslie (Liberal Party), Pierre Paul-Hus (Conservative Party), Robert Aubin (NDP), and Luc Thériault (Bloc Québécois). The anti-tobacco lobby and tobacco manufacturing industry are opposed to Bill S-5 plain packaging proposal. Pierre Donais welcomes first Non-Smokers' Rights Association representative François Damphousse and, then, Imperial Tobacco spokesman Éric Gagnon.
