The committee continues its study of Bill C-59, the government’s legislation for national security reform. Forming the first panel are Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police’s Laurence Rankin (deputy chief constable for the investigation division at the Vancouver Police Department) and Paul Martin (chief of the Durham Regional Police Service).
