Harjit Sajjan Unveils Changes to Military Justice System
Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan announces legislation to improve the rights of victims in the military justice system. Bill C-77 will grant victims in military cases rights to information, protection, participation and restitution. The minister is joined at DND headquarters in Ottawa by his parliamentary secretary Jean Rioux and Commodore Geneviève Bernatchez, judge advocate general of the Canadian Armed Forces.
