Legal and Constitutional Affairs - May 9, 2018: Advocates for youth drug prevention and First Nations' police services participate in the committee's study of Bill C-46, an act to harmonize impaired driving laws with the government's proposed cannabis laws. Participating in the study are Drug Free Kids Canada's Marc Paris; Éduc'alcool's Hubert Sacy; First Nations Chiefs of Police Association's Lennard Busch; as well as the Canadian Automobile Association's Ian Jack.
