COVID-19 in QC: Premier Legault Urges Social Contacts Reduction
In Quebec City, Quebec Premier François Legault provides an update on the province’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic. He is joined by Christian Dubé, Quebec’s minister of health and social services, and Dr. Horacio Arruda, the province’s director of public health. The premier is asking Quebecers to reduce their social contacts as the number of new cases remains stable but high, with about 1,000 new daily cases in recent days.
