CPAC welcomes your feedback on accessibility. The purpose of our accessibility feedback form is to collect information to inform our accessibility plans, progress reports and to improve our accessibility services related, but not limited, to one of the following areas:

Content accessibility (e.g., closed captions and described video).
Digital accessibility (e.g., assistive technology use on CPAC’s website/app.)
Facilities (e.g., CPAC facilities spaces, events accessibility).
