Federal ministers Seamus O’Regan (labour) and Gudie Hutchings (rural economic development) provide an update on the response to Hurricane Fiona. The storm, which made landfall in Nova Scotia on the morning of Sept. 24, brought damaging winds and flooding to much of Atlantic Canada.
