PM Justin Trudeau on COVID-19, Student Grants, Canada–China Relations

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau addresses Canadians from outside his home in Ottawa on the federal government’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic, including measures to assist students affected by the pandemic. The measures include the Canada Student Service Grant, which will provide a one-time payment to students and recent graduates who undertake volunteer work.
