Electoral Reform Conference - Parliamentary Reform Menu
On November 3, a conference on Electoral Reform is held at the University of Ottawa. Throughout the day panels will explore issues such as the mood among Canadians for reform, the need for a referendum, aspects of parliamentary reform, the new Senate, as well as timelines and deadlines for electoral reform. The third session, "Parliamentary Reform Menu", features Alexandre Boulerice (NDP member of the Special Committee on Electoral Reform),Gérald Deltell (Conservative Finance Critic and member of the Special Committee on Electoral Reform), Elizabeth May (Leader of the Green Party of Canada and member of the Special Committee on Electoral Reform) and Mark Holland (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Democratic Reform).
