Conservative commentator David Frum joins journalist Alison Smith in front of a packed audience at the Toronto Reference Library to speak about his new book, "Trumpocracy: The Corruption of the American Republic." In the book, Frum argues that the current administration has undermined America’s most important institutions. The Canadian-born commentator is a former speechwriter for president George W. Bush.
